How to request deletion

To delete your Grocyfast account and associated personal data, email us at grocyfastlnd@gmail.com or call +91 80024 00901 from your registered mobile number. Include your registered phone number and name so we can verify your identity.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, phone, email, saved addresses)
• App login credentials and device push tokens
• Wishlist, cart, and notification preferences

What may be kept

Completed order records may be retained for accounting, tax, and legal compliance. These are kept without active marketing use.

Processing time

We process deletion requests within 7 business days. You will receive confirmation once your account has been deleted.
